Born in Tokyo, Japan, former veterinarian. She started to send animal drawings after her patient’s dying as a veterinarian. It became more than 100 pictures.
She started her activity as an artist in 2013 following her first solo exhibition in Tokyo. She’s been seeking new definition of life not with scientific knowledge through artwork which work with viewers to make experience and creation. Her art doesn’t define the boundary between artist and viewers. That’s more like collaboration by artists. From 2016, she participated in 13 artist residences in 9 countries.
She continues her artistic activities to update the concept of medical care from “doctors treating individuals on their own responsibility” to “social treatment” in which all people who participate in society heal society and all people healed by society.
